Subscription Terms for Acceleroot® Hair Growth Oil
What’s included in the subscription?
When you subscribe, you’ll first receive a Starter Kit containing:
- 1 x 50 ml glass bottle with pipette
- 1 x 50 ml refill pouch
The Starter Kit lasts for approximately 4 months with recommended use. After this, we’ll automatically send you 2 x 50 ml refills every 4 months for continued use and maintenance of your results.
No commitment – easy cancellation
We have no binding period, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel before your next shipment, we must receive your request at least 30 days before the next delivery.
How to cancel:
Send an email to info@acceleroot.no, and we’ll confirm your cancellation as soon as possible.
Payment and security
Payment is made automatically via Shopify Pay, our secure payment system.
You can pay with:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Vipps (available in selected countries)

Klarna (available in selected countries)
Your payment details are securely stored through Shopify Pay.
You will be charged before each new shipment.
Modify or pause your subscription
If you want to delay or change your delivery date, feel free to contact us by email. We’re happy to help you tailor the subscription to your needs.
Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping cost.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
As a subscriber, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your first delivery (Starter Kit). The right of withdrawal does not apply to subsequent subscription deliveries.
Products must be unopened and in original condition.

Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and only share what's necessary with our service providers (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, Shopify Pay) to deliver the service to you. You may at any time request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
