Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a full right of return/right of withdrawal on all products purchased from Norvivo AS.

The right of withdrawal only applies provided that the product is kept in substantially unchanged condition and in its original packaging. The product must be unused and returned in undamaged/unopened original packaging. When returning items, the customer bears the risk, so it is important that the product cannot be damaged during transport. The item remains the customer's responsibility until we have received the return. If you regret a purchase and return a product, you will receive a full refund no later than 14 days after we have received the return.

Always keep a copy of the receipt for the returned shipment, as you are responsible for ensuring it reaches us. Products shipped in original boxes must be returned with the box. Do not write or tape directly on the box. All products (and boxes) must be securely wrapped in appropriate packaging to protect both the product and the box during transport back to us. The paid amount for the returned item will be refunded, including shipping within Norway, excluding shipping for international orders (outside Norway), and refunded within 14 days of us receiving the returned package. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost, in accordance with Posten’s rates. If you fail to collect your package and otherwise remain passive, you do not meet the requirements set forth in the Right of Withdrawal Act §11 and §13, and you will lose your right to withdraw from the agreement. You will be charged a fee to cover our shipping and handling costs. The amount of the fee corresponds to our actual costs, with a minimum of NOK 199. This also applies to orders that are refused upon delivery. The fee may be deducted from any outstanding credit you have with Norvivo AS.
